50–60 minute consultation — AUD $200.

Medicare and Payment Information

You may be eligible for a rebate of $145.25 per session for up to 10 sessions per calendar year under a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan issued by your GP.

Out-of-pocket gap fee: AUD $54.75

(AUD $200 session fee less AUD $145.25 Medicare rebate)

Psychological Reports and Supporting Letters

Supporting documentation for assignment deferment, special consideration, or academic adjustments related to mental health concerns — AUD $350.

This fee includes review of relevant information, clinical formulation, report preparation, and professional documentation where appropriate.

Private Health Insurance

Clients with eligible extras cover may also be able to claim a portion of the fee through their private health insurance provider. Check with your fund for details.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to avoid being charged the full session fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours but more than 24 hours prior will incur a 50% fee.
